A decentralised open-source AI platform that will elevate humanity to the next level.
SOURCE has been my startup project for the past year and I've been responsible for all aspects of design: systems, product(UX/UI), and brand. It was planned to be a decentralised open-source AI platform that would be composed of both hardware and software (primarily multi-modal AI models)
The SOURCE App
The SOURCE app was planned to be a personal AI app that is meant to be installed across all of a user's devices and would allow a user to connect all their core data sources such as:
- files and folders across all of their devices
- APIs (social, productivity, email, financial, etc.)
- live Rewind-style observation of the user's behaviour and device usage
All of these data sources would then have all their data piped into a RAG architecture housed at the core of the app and served from a secure cloud or locally on their most powerful machine (GPU or Apply Silicon). There would be a chat front-end allowing the user to interface with their entire digital reality via text or voice.
The SOURCE app, or something like it, will be a requirement for true personal AI to exist because it will provide a critical aspect of the foundation that future agentic AI to operate from. With out this piece of the foundation in place, AI agents will never be able to deliver accurate and relevant results for their users because a "one size fits all" approach fails when it comes to addressing users' specific needs. This is just basic logic.
SOURCE app MVP specs
I've written out fairly detailed specifications from a high level product perspective. The devs to take and expand upon it and define the tech stack and make various architecture design choices.

Conclusion
SOURCE is a very extensive project due to the vastness of the platform and long term roadmap that I had outlined. We can discuss it further if you want but I think you can see based off my writings, designs and pitch deck that a ton of thought and hours went into this.
